I have embarked on a new quest to reduce the amount of screen time in my day (screen time is the number of total hours spent watching TV, playing video games, and being on the computer). Habits can be quite hard to break, but if I stay strong and willing it might one day become second nature. All I know is that it'll be tough, considering my bros and my dad are always on the computer, and I consider myself an avid gamer. I've already been starting with books, but I don't quite know where to go from there. Usually, I can only read for so long that my eyes start to strain. Of course, I'm also incorporating exercise into my day, which usually keeps me busy for about an hour.
It isn't going to be easy toning down my screen time in a world filled with dazzling technology. If you happen to have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know.

Exercise! I know no one wants to...It doesn't seem "Fun." My suggestion. 1.come home and finish school and chores 2. exersize. lift weights, run Ect. 3. hang out with friends or read a book. 4. Bed early. It's a good Time passing schedule I like to folow everday.
